Our story

Carbon becomes diamond under pressure. So do students.

Poditivity started in a college hallway, watching talented classmates miss placements, not because they couldn't, but because nothing around them was built for them to succeed. An electronics engineer from a smaller city with no funding and no guarantees decided to build what was missing.

Today Poditivity is a Hyderabad team building career infrastructure for the colleges India too often overlooks, and a member of the NVIDIA Inception Program.
